Purchasing a physical artwork or other physical product does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying intellectual property to the purchaser.

Without my prior written permission, my artwork and other original creative content may not be reproduced, copied, scanned, photographed for reproduction, distributed, modified, published, sold, licensed, used commercially, incorporated into merchandise, or otherwise exploited in any manner beyond the purchaser's personal ownership and enjoyment of the physical item purchased.

I provide accurate photographs and descriptions of my artwork and products offered for sale.

Cancellations

I gladly accept cancellations.

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 days of purchase to receive a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

I do not generally accept returns or exchanges.

However, if you experience a problem with your order, please contact me. I will personally review the situation and make every reasonable effort to accommodate you and ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase.

However, the use of a third-party platform to display, promote, or sell my artwork does not transfer or alter my copyrights or ownership rights in my artwork or other original creative content.

I am not responsible for the availability or stock of my products sold through Spring, as Spring controls the availability and shipping of those products.

I do my best to keep the information on ART OF JAMEELA accurate and up to date. However, if errors, technical issues, or interruptions occur, please contact me and report the specific error, technical issue, or interruption that you encounter. I will personally investigate the matter and respond to a detailed message.
